Before you go further, you need to back up to the tutorial
posted 12-4-17: 1-171129 Free Tierazon
Fractal Tutorial-Part 1.
To learn the tips you need to know to continue, I’d start
with Day 1 – let’s get started, and move forward each post. I’m no expert, but I have learned a lot, and
I share the tips I’ve picked up along the way, as well as fumbling my way into
other useful information.
Open Tierazon. Close
out the Mandelbrot that comes up.
Go back into your folder and pull up fractal 1-171129-4-2.
I saved this at the 877 x 849, Facebook-size. To keep it from acting funny, you may want to
make it smaller. If the image renders
strange, just remember: Right click on
the image, choose XY size and ok, and it will correct itself.
This will be our starting picture on which we will build new
fractals! There’s a total of 8 fractals
for December, and this is the second!
Have fun following along.
REMEMBER: Your fractals may not look exactly like mine as it's almost impossible to zoom in exactly where I have chosen. Colors change also when you zoom in somewhere else. I try to give a general area where I'm zooming in.
Filters3-38 (Because we need to use Filters 3 before we can
use FD options.)
FD options, 16, Picture 1-171129-4-2a
I like 4-2a for scrapping.
Or even a quote on Facebook. I
can rotate it clockwise, and have a sky and grass to put tubes (premade
graphics in PSP) on to create a new card or post. I could also change the colors here, or in
Paint Shop Pro. (PSP)
Menu: color1, 3.
Picture 4-2b. / Different colors.
Let’s do something different.
Right click and choose Unique Editor Dialog. Click n-set, ok. Picture 4-2c.
A new fractal.
It’s like starting over!
Another way to begin again!
Zooming in on oval shape, upper right with what looks like a
little blue bar under it. Picture 4-2d.
Zooming in on the second very tiny nodule. Look closely or you’ll miss it. Picture 4-2e.
Zoom in again for the small circle above the lower left
circle. Picture 4-2F.
I like this one a lot.
Let’s look at color changes.
FD options, 19.
Picture 4-2g.
Let clear out some of the detail that is too busy. Right click, choose fractal parameters. Change m-set max from 128 to 90. Hit ok. Picture 4-2hi. / Wow!
Zoom, top right corner, and slightly off canvas, to capture the
black and reds. Picture 4-2 hij.
Right click, choose fractal parameters. Change m-set max from 90 to 80. Hit ok. Picture 4-2KL.
FD options, 20 gives me deeper color. Picture 4-2M.
Toolbar left: dup box on.
Zoom lower left and off canvas left and bottom. Picture 4-2N.
Remember this will be named Jungle, so rename it to
4-2N. Put it down / close it out.
Go back to 4-2M, turn dup box off.
Zoom
in on object upper left and off the canvas.
Picture 4-2o.
I’m ending the 4-2 tutorial here. Keep going, if you wish, and make more using
the tips you have learned.
If you have any questions, I’ll try to answer them. If I can’t, maybe someone else reading the
comments can!
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. If so, leave me a comment below! Make my effort worthwhile!
On Monday, 12-11, I’ll return with 1-171129-4-3, Part 3.
See fractals made into art work on the last pages / below.
Thanks!
